chapter 32: the curse

[Sarah POV]

I woke up this morning and texted Alex, I need to speak with Jase about Electra. After taking a shower and eating breakfast, I checked my phone to see that she will have Cam meet me at the cabin in an hour. I gather what I need along with a few pairs of clothes because after I get the information I need I have to set out to find this woman.

As I approach the cabin I see a figure sitting on the front porch, he stands as I get closer.

“Goodmorning Sarah, how have you been?” Cam greets as we meet in the middle and head towards the tree line.

“As good as I can be, considering the circumstances” he gives me a curious eye but doesn't press on the matter, nobody knows about the curse and I plan to keep it that way.
