My husband has been missing for the past couple of days.Which means he is up to something so I need to work on finding out where he is from his parents.That thickhead best friend of his is always tight lipped and acts like I am beneath him .The damn man is just head of security but acts like he guards the president.

" Mother!" I walk into our meeting place and immediately spot my mother-in-law the lady is a viper and I need to chanel my deepest pitiful abandoned wife mode.

" What is going on sweetheart?" She stands up and receives me with a hug.

" It's always that son of yours!" I let the tears roll qnd like the mother hen she is hands me a tissue paper.

" What's he done now?" She pats my hand .

" He won't answer my calls and has been neglecting me .I asked him for a simple favor and he refuses to do it."

" Did you ask his P.A about his whereabouts?" She pulls out her phone dialing his number.The phone rings and no one answers.

" What is going on with him.He always takes my calls." She looks at her phone then at me.

" That is what I don't understand too Mother!"

" I hope nothing is wrong. " Emilio is a rat and the man will never let anything bad happen to him.I' ve tried a few 'accidents ' but nothing could take him out.

" Maybe he is seeing that mistress of his again .With man you never know." I sob and let the doubts on her son marinate a bit.

" That's impossible! That witch left this town a while back and never returned there is no way Emilio would go to her." His mother pats my hand again and calls the waiter over.

" Get us some chamomile tea ." She calls Emilio's secretary next ,knowing this lady she will get me that location very fast.

" Miss Angela I want to know where Emilio is this instant if you don't want to lose your job."

" Thank you.Miss Angela keep your eyes on me son's whereabouts that's why i got you this job." See whatvi mean by She knows what she wants.The woman is a boss.

" So it seems my son on a trip to secure a deal to build a resort on an island .Apparently this would bring in millions. " She practically glows as I can see the dollar signs reflecting on her eyes.

" Oh OK.Then I guess he really is busy." IF the man wants to make money then I will let this slide.I want to keep an eye on him because that woman and her son managed to escape .I trusted those guys but they botched the job so job all I have to do is fish that b***h and her spawn out and end this.

" Don't worry about Emilio .He loves you a lot and won't repeat the same mistake twice." With this woman on my side I would win everything from Emilio if he ever found out about his child.

" So what favor did you need him to do?" I almost forgot about why I was here in the first place.

" I wanted him to buy me a boat but he refuses to atleast pay for one that I want."

" What do you need a boat for?You don't even like to swim." She laughs it off but I know she will get it for me.

" All the wives have being raging about how their husbands have boats and I am the only being an embarrassment. " This leaches will put you down no matter what.Even the ones whose wealth can't even compare to mine are being annoying.

" Now that Emilio needs to buy a boat .We can't have you out there embarrassed. Tounges will start washing that the family is having some tough times." I admit I am greedy for money bug this lady is obsessed with her social status and that for me is enough.

" Even Sam has a boat but my own husband is busy putting me through this sort of humiliation

" A week and that boat will be mine .

" I will personally call him myself. " She sighs again as Emilio's phone won't get through.

" Talk to him tomorrow. "I offer.

" So Lisa speaking of boats and things when is this lady going to hold a grandchild?You might think that you're the only one the society ladies are gossiping about but I am having to listen to those old croons talk about stick their grandkids toh face every get-together. " s**t not this again.

" I honestly feel like we shouldn't be focusing on having kids right now...Emilio is never home and I help out at the hotel." Let's try the I'm too busy excuse

" Is it a problem with Emilio because I know how much he has been wanting a child."She looks at me keenly

" Not really. But we have being trying and it just doesn't seem to work out that well.I had my check up qnd everything seemed fine but Emilio refuses to get checked out." I am playing for the long haul. If I sow the seed in now then that witch will have a fight on her janis the day she tries to pitch that brat to this family.If she starts thinking her son is the problem she will leave me alone and bother him for a while.

" Do you really think my son might be lacking?" She whispers , always afraid of rumours this one.

" I don't want to put him on the spot but maybe when he comes back it would be best if you maybe talked to him." I whisper back .

" Jesus! What will I do if my son is really like that?I will be at the bottom with those women." This woman is way too obsessed with her status in society that she will drag her son to a fertility clinic if she has to.I almost want to laugh at her expression.She looks like she is about to have a meltdown.

" Calm down Mother! It might be nothing.Most man don't do it well enough due to stress uts nothing new ." I offer her a glass of water and watch as she gulps it down.

" You are a god sent my love." I pat her .

"My phone is ringing and it looks like it's from work." She waves me off as I head down to the ladies powder room.

" What is it?" These man are so incompetent

" We have a problem.Someone is looking into the fire .We don't know who hired him but look like it's someone who has money." Not this again.

" Do not call this phone ever again I don't want to see or hear from you again. I paid and you didn't deliver so disappear with that money.I'll do this myself."
