"I'll just stay here" Kelsey says "besides I don't really want to go home just yet" She smiled back at and Ryker nodded back in response.
Ryker heard his phone go off that was sitting on his desk. He grabbed a rag and quickly whipped of the grease as much as he could. He answered the phone as a familiar voice ran through his ear
"Hey Sophia" He said, Sophia was his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child "what is it?"
"Come get your son" She says
"Why is she getting on your nerves already?"
"Yes"
"You only got her this morning" He says
"I have to go somewhere early in the morning"
"We'll I'm stuck at work right now. I can't leave"
"I can bring her to you" Sophia suggest.
Sophia and Ryker were together were together for a couple of years. However like all the other girls at the end of it she now just uses their son, Leo to get what she wants. Sophia left whenever Leo was almost a year old. Every once in a while she spends time with him but really only when she wants to. She spends more time with Leo's half brother Bryson, who's two and a half years younger than Leo, that Leo. Bryson was similar to his brother Leo, however he was a bit more of the ringleader with all the mischief ideas or pranks.
"I don't have anyone to watch him here" Ryker says "just wait, I'll come pick him up when I'm done"
"Ryker" Sophia says
"What?"
"I need you to take care of Bryson to"
"Okay" Ryker says "I'll come get them when I'm done"
"Okay"
"I got to go I still have customer right here" He says "Bye"
"Bye" Sophia say as they both hand up the phone.
Ryker looks over at Kelsey who was looking at him but also his phone.
"Sorry" he says then walks over to the car
"You have kids?" Kelsey ask
"Yes, I have a son who's five years old" He answers while he's working on the car
"What's his name?"
"Leo" He answers
Kelsey smiles a bit as she saw the small smile that was on his face as he spoke about his son.
