Years

Gale only left his bedroom to use the restroom, eat with his parents or go get the mail. His house had become available to live in again but, when he went back he couldn't handle it and was quick to go back to his parents. Within the first few months of living with his parents, he became addicted to alcohol. He would usually be to drunk to walk during the ends of the week. He didn't care about anything anymore, aside his parents. He lost mainly all he cared about, what his life was surrounded with. The one who always made him happy. He barely slept. The daydreams were worse then the nightmares he experienced when he did sleep. He always found himself trapped in his home, with Itikoru. He would then experience what he imagined Itikoru went through. It was far to difficult and he started wanting to die himself. He tried to fight any urges to harm himself. He may be a depressed alcoholic but, in case he did get his life together, he didn't want to seem like a walking negativity bubble. After a year passed he could only sink deeper. The day, the 'anniversary' of his lover passing away was the worst for him. He always tried to keep together but, he'd just fall apart at hearing even the name of Itikoru's. He still hadn't changed his last name back to his original. When he married Itikoru he changed his last name to his own and Itikoru's, as did Itikoru. He was told by his parents he should change it back. He didn't want to. He didn't want to listen to them, hear their stupid voices. He blocked them out the most he could throughout the next year. During the second year, he started gradually getting over his alcohol addiction. He stopped being so negative towards his parents and tried being more proactive. He still couldn't go to his old home. He still couldn't hear 'the name'. He still couldn't do a lot of things, bit he tried very hard to get better this year. He didn't want to be a pathetic waste and wanted to do better, for Itikoru. He found he had a hobby of drawing, so he got very into artistic activities. He started getting a lot better. Of course he still had some issues but, he was trying to patch then up. At least for now.
