Do you realize how uncommon it is to come across someone of her caliber, someone with such a storied and powerful destiny? I attempted to locate her parents; but, the people who are actually caring for her, namely my cousin and his wife, are only acting as her guardians. I'm sure she's already informed you of this. I thought that if I could discover her parents, I might be able to absorb some of the power she inherited from them, but I couldn't find them, spiritually or otherwise. So I remained with their daughter, tried to get her to marry my son, attempted to persuade him to exchange blood with her so she would be under my command, but none of it worked.
