Rampage is the most cruel, merciless and mad group that we all know. They don't care who they are killing as long as they are doing what their boss says.
They don't care what they are breaking as long as they manage to ruin what is saying in their mission.
They commit every heinous crime that you all know.
And what most the world feared about them is they manage to do all those crimes without leaving even slightest evidence.
No one even knows if they truly exist or not.
Some say yes because they met one member of this group. Some say no, because they don't really get any evidence.
