Lilith Point of view
I entered the gym hand in hand with Elijah and was instantly hit by the feeling of deja vu. In front of me was a sweaty Carson doing pull-ups with his muscular back facing us.
Elijah immediately busied himself in taking his surroundings while I found myself staring at Carson unconsciously. I was so much focused on his every movement that when he was turning, I instantly knew and averted my eyes.
After a moment, I took a peek at him from the corner of my eye and was knocked out of breath when I saw him staring at me before he looked at Elijah. There was a moment of uncomfortable silence in the gym, and I found myself wishing to be anywhere but here.
I decided to forget about Carson and focus on the purpose of being here. I just need to wait for a few minutes and
