I woke up in a cheerful mood, excited to break the big news to Maddie. I wanted to see her reaction when I tell her about Cleo. I couldn’t tell James about Cleo yesterday because he came late and then he was exhausted from all the work. I shook my head at the thought and went to take a shower before getting an outfit for the day.
