Pushing open the large, oak door into the private Armstrong library, Noah found a quiet reprieve from the dark, somber mood that seemed to hang over the manor. The library had bookshelves from floor to ceiling, with a large, rectangular table made of dark wood in the middle of the room for research. A small chandelier hung above the table, which created a good level of light for reading.
