Martin refused and he whispered to her ear in a cold voice, this is not the time to be proving stubborn, your health needs some attention.

And then he put her in the car and drove to the hospital.

The hospital has been their family hospital for years, when Mr Dixon was still alive, the owner of “Maxiton hospital”, Mr Harrison and Mr Dixon has been a childhood friend and till date Mr Harrison has been like a father to Martin.

“Immediately” they got to the hospital and Mr Harrison set a glance at Martin he ordered the workers on duty to allow Martin come in to his office strait without wasting his time, and so they did.

Martin come down from the car and he walked over to the other side, he open the door gently and stretch his hand to Stella and said in a cold voice, please come with me.

But “Stella” refused to come down and says to Martin, I told you I'm ok, nothing is wrong with me, I just want to go home and sleep please.

“Martin” didn't say a word to what Stella said and he just carried her in his harm and says to her, you are too stubborn and it's too late to be dragging word with you now, and I wonder what you would become when you are pregnant.

Immediately she heard the word pregnancy from Martin's mouth, Stella opened her eyes in surprise and she couldn't say a word but a lot was running through her mind.

Now that Martin is taking her to the hospital when he is not going to find out about the pregnancy, she didn't know how to break the news to him all this while.

Stella decided not to be using Martin's family hospital because their marriage is just a contract marriage and it can be terminated anytime, so when she felt ill she went to the hospital she is used to and the pregnant news was broken to her.

“Immediately” they entered the hospital, the nurses there thought it was an emergency, they immediately brought a wheelchair, but Martin stopped then and said it wasn't an emergency, that it's just a stubborn case.

And he was directed to the doctor's office.

Then Martin spoke to her, Stella you need to come down and let go to the doctor's office.

As Martin put Stella down then she held him back and said I already went to see a doctor and I've been given medication to keep up, for the meantime I will be okay.

And why don't you tell me this before, well that's ok, I need to confirm from the doctor myself.

Stella was speechless again and said there is no need for this here, this wasn't the hospital I've been using, I promise you I will be fine I don't want another checkup here.

And Martin was speechless and nodded his head and said to Stella, do you mind following me to say hello to my Uncle.

“Stella” declined and said to Martin, "No please I will wait in the car, just say my regards to him and she left.

Martin just went straight to the doctor's office and they exchanged pleasantries, fortunately it's been two years since the brothers saw each other and that was during Martin's grandfather's burial.

But Stella brought them together again.

Dr Harrison asked about Stella and he said she is fine, and he said to Martin, "I thought you were with someone in your car, why is the person not here with you?"

And “Martin” replied that's not important.

“Dr Harrison” couldn't argue with Martin he just laughed and replied okay.

It was time for Martin to leave when “Dr Harrison” invited him for dinner, and he also said you must come with your wife so my wife can meet her all this while.

“Martin” couldn't decline, altho he is not happy or sad, he just nodded his head and said ok uncle.

Dr Harrison immediately cult that from Martin and said I've told you several time to stop calling me uncle it's been years your father has gone and I have told you several time to always see me as your father, or am I not old enough to be your father because you are one of the billionaires in the country?”

They both laugh at “Dr Harrison’s last word.

And Martin replied okay Dad, with a cold voice and smile all over his face, then he said I will be on my way now.

And Dr Harrison replied oh son, then he reminded him again that I will see you in two days.

Then they both walked side by side and as soon as they got to the reception there were other patients waiting for the doctor there and he had to excuse himself and say goodbye to Martin why he pet him from the back.

“Martin” got to the car and realized Stella had already slept off in the car, but she was obviously not really comfortable with how she slept, so he adjusted her to lean on the seat very well while he drove back home.

As they got back home “Martin” came down from the car and came to the other side to open the door and carried “Stella” in his arms while she was still sleeping.

“Martin” got to the room and placed Stella on the bed gently, Martin went straight to the bathroom and took a cold shower, a few minutes later he came out from the bathroom.

“Martin” glanced at Stella and he saw that she was really sweating.

Martin rushed to her and undressed her clothes immediately, he was taking her to the bathroom when Stella opened her eyes and asked in a cold voice!”.

“What are you doing Martin?”

And Martin whispers to her ear I'm trying to help you Stella.

His voice was really cool, and he got a very soft hand, he took her to the bathroom and ran a cold shower on her. As he was rubbing her body, he moved from her head to her neck, then to her chest, this time Stella's eyes were wielded open.
