21 “Jesus, Sarah, slow down or you’re going to get us killed!” Tim shouted, clutching at the handle hanging above his head in the passenger seat as Sarah bobbed and weaved through traffic, leaving only centimeters between the cars. “Screw that, we’ve got somewhere to be and not a lot of time to get there. So shut up and let me drive or close your eyes and pretend you’re in your happy place,” she said, again lurching the car to the left as she cut off a driver, who blew the horn at her, and whom she flipped off in the rearview mirror. “f**k you, drive faster!” she shouted. Tim couldn’t understand how the traffic in Chapel Hill was this bad at this hour. Most people weren’t awake at this hour during the summer—plus it was the summer, so where the hell were all of the people coming from? T
