Nina was still thinking on how to go about stalking Heather and finding out what she was up to when Derrick arrived.
She wanted to serve him dinner but he said that he was not so angry. He didn't look quite okay hence Nina followed him to the bedroom immediately to find out what was bothering him.
" Baby, are you sure you are okay? You seemed stressed," Nina mentioned once she went close to him.
" I am fine, just busy at work," Derrick lied. The truth was that the argument that he had with Heather a few hours ago weighed him down. He could feel that the energy they had afterwards was off. They were not like they used to be before.
" I am really sorry, maybe I should look for a job so that you don't have to strain so much so as to provide for me," Nina said.
