ONE BY ONE

MEET MY UNKNOWN CALLER

it was morning finally I have been preparing all night to meet my unknown caller and it's time

i grabbed my coat and headed for Anderson street ,I boarded a bus to my destination ,I sat at the back of the bus all eyes staring on me ,I could literally hear the whispers but acted indifferent ,I arrived at my destination and got down from the bus all eyes still on me

Anderson street the most dangerous street presently the home of goons and gangsters ,you could see the broken house and the robbed stores the road in bad condition

something felt odd though the silence that covered the place ,the only thing that could be heard was the sound of birds flying around,I wondered why my unknown caller will want to meet here

the phone rings

I see you came ,buh you can't see me , it's good you didn't try to pull any stunts

the call ends

I look around trying to locate the caller buh he outsmarted me he used a different number to call me ,so I couldn't track him

I shouted at the top of my voice,but something was off two men were watching my every moment they had sticks with them they rushed me

I know some of you are thinking I would fight back well I fell unconscious and they took me to their base or should I say an empty cafe it was weird how out of all the places here they chose the cafe, well who could have guessed ?

I woke up dust all over my body I see two goons standing in front of me then suddenly I hear a voice

well look who we have here ,you think you are smart right going around killing people ,I won't hurt you we both have the same enemy I just want us to work together

at this point I couldn't help but laugh at him ,does he really expect me to work with him

"why are you laughing" he asked

" i work alone if you haven't been told "

he threatened to report me to the police and make sure I stay in prison for a long time ,I just smiled cause he doesn't know who he is dealing with

he calls the police

"u just made the worst mistake of your life "

i managed to untie myself during the long discussion and stabbed one of the goons while using the rope to hold one down ,i must say it's been two weeks I saw the sight of blood,I hear the sounds of sirens from a distance I had to finish my work and leave no trace

"please don't do this I beg I promise I won't say a thing " he pleaded

now my so called partner was begging for his life , what a suprise

"please don't ,I beg of you I promise I will be the only one to know your secret "

"u don't get it do u " I said

screams filled the cafe

His sentence was cut short by the blade in my hand a bit splashed on my face though but am used to to it I guess

police finally arrived and they found three dead bodies with a bloody note that says

"I WILL BE BACK"
