Gabriel POV

“You should have said fucken no” I said to myself making my way along the path to Katie’s home.  She asked me to check up on Summer because she was home by herself and apparently been acting strange today.  At first I said ‘I am busy’ so she said ‘Fine I’ll get James to go’.  The thought of another male, especially and unmated male anywhere near Summer set my wolf off and growled “NO! I’ll go” Causing Katie to frown at me.

Before she could say anything I turned and left yelling ‘See you all tomorrow’ and walked out the door. Which brings me to the now, standing on the porch ready to knock on the front door to Katie’s house.
