The reason why….

Only a casual thanks you she said to the waitress who brought them two burgers, and their drinks to their table, which was the best and the recommended menu on that college student friendly café….

A silent awkwardness falls between the two, as they sat at the opposite side of a table for two, she chooses at the most covered spot of the café, which gave them a little bit of privacy, which was also possible since it was not the end of the week, where the occupation of the café was at its usual peak…

And after the meal was served, it was remained untouched.

Freddy was still lowering his gaze to the table, where his index finger was scribbling on the table, while the girl keeps looking at him with her icy cold stare that makes the young man felt the chill creeps on his spine…..

And then it was the girl who break the chilling, awkward silence….

“I ask you one more time, d**k…. Am I boring…? Did you feel sick and tired of my presence…?” She asked sharply….

Freddy didn’t answer but he shook his head, still afraid to look at the girl….

“d**k!” She said…

“Look at me. d**k! Look at my face….! Did you feel bored looking at my face…?” Asked the girl for the second time….

Slowly Freddy raises his face and answer with soft voice…

“I never bored, Babe…. I never get bored to see your face….”

“Then what’s the problem…? We can spoon if you want to take me from behind….” Asked the girl vulgarly, which make the young man’s face redden with surprise and embarrassment, which shows despite the dimmed lighting of the café that makes it becomes one of the favourite hangout places for the students to have their date….

“Or did you get bored if we do it like our regular…? Did you get bored to have me on top of you…? Did you get bored if I’m the one taking the lead…?”

“No, Babe… Not at all…. I do really enjoy our time together… Honestly…” He said with trembling voice that comes not from anger…

“Do you really okay have only monotone s*x with me?”

her partner nods, his hand played the mushy potatoes on top of the burger sauce that already cold.

“d**k…. You know the reason I hated it, play from behind like that….?” She said with lowered voice yet still hard from anger

And once again Freddy said nothing but shook his head…

“First of all, I’m not an animal, d**k…. Having in all four make me feel like cattle, or a f*****g pet, and I hated it….” She said, sipping at her already lukewarm tea….

“And second…”

Freddy raises his head; he does wishes to know the reason for the torture he has to endure this couple of months….

“I prefer to see the face of my partner when I have s*x with him… It’s more intimate for me…. More comfortable….” She said, with her eyes locked on the young man who was stunned to her notions

Her partner…? Intimate….? Comfortable…?

His mind bewildered…

“Can…. Can I ask something, Babe…?” Ask Freddy, in soft voice, braved himself to ask….

“Why we never have s*x in my place…?” Ask the girl that stunned the young man, because it was exactly what he was about to ask….

“Well, as you can see now… It’s not my house…. It’s my brother in law’s…. But right now, he and my sister expanded their business in another town, so I was asked to stay there and looked after their house… So having s*x there was out of the question…. Beside you know how tight the security over there….” She said that makes Freddy remembered how tight the security was at the girl’s complex, how he had to wait just to enter the complex, and he had to exchange his id card to the visitor pass at the gate….

“And think about it…. How long does it take from our campus to your place…?”

Freddy’s heart skips a beat…

He understands what the girl was asking….

He already knew that it takes about one hour for him to reach the girl’s house, and more if the traffic was bad, while to his co-op house, he only needed to walk about ten minutes max, and they already reach their campus….

His face was embarrassed, especially when the girl said…

“You know how many students walks in front of your place….?”

It was true, even though that his place was usually empty, but students constantly passing by the house, though it was not located at the main road, but it has a short cut that frequently used by the student to get to the campus ….

And she said that she was comfortable with him…? Letting her out in the open, and might being gossiped as a slut that always go to the boys’ place….? For intimacy and comfort….?

“Babe… I….” Freddy feeling utterly embarrassed…. They have been together for quite sometimes now, and he still doesn’t figure her feeling…?

How stupid is you, Freddy….! You are not worthy for her…. He cursed himself

“What do you want, now, d**k…?” She asked suddenly….

“I… I do really wish for your forgiveness for my stupidity and ignorance…. And I will do anything to make it up to you and to make you feel comfortable…. Anything, just to get another chance…” He said with confident, even for a brief of time and he back to looked at the table and scribing with his finger and again both of them fell silent, and for a brief moment his eyes raise and plead to the girl….

“Anything, d**k…?”

“Yes, Babe… Anything….” He said full heartedly….

“Even if that means that you will never have me in doggy style…?” asked the girl which answered with stern nod from her partner….

Another silent fell between the two….

“How much did you carry in your wallet…?” Asked the girl suddenly…

“Well, I brought enough with me, Babe…? Why…?” Said Freddy, startled by the sudden question…

Why she even asking….? She knew that I am more than willing to pay for our meal, every time…. He thought

“Good… Then come….!” Said the girl, abruptly stands up and leaves the man to pay the bill for the food they never touch and have them bagged to go instead….

And once again Freddy has to keep up with the girl who ride her motorcycle to their destination…
