Uninvited

It was still dark, only the chirping and chittering of insect fills the air of the empty road, the road light flickers, and on the road, those insects saw a young man, walking wobbly towards a big house that has a large, high and tall, heavy, wrought iron gate….

He didn’t stop at the gate, but he continues his walks to the empty security post, where he opened the unlocked wicket gate and walks shakily through a large driveway to the lobby of the house where he then slowly, opened the door….

The house itself belongs to a wealthy family whose daughter went to that campus, and since they loved their daughter so much and doesn’t want to have her out of their sight, they decided to build the house from ground up, and stayed there for the duration of their daughter study.

After she completed her study and she got a full scholarship to study abroad, the family just left the property and rent the rooms for the students….

Freddy and his friend were lucky enough, as they were able to rent the house far below the market place, since the wealthy family, has no need for the money, rent them so they have someone to stay and look after their house….

“Bruv…. Sorry…” said the man that startled Freddy who was sitting on the plush sofa in the living room, watching some move on the large tv which come as part of the facility left by the owner of the house….

He was surprised to see Roy, the renowned playboy of the campus, who actually was not closely acquainted to him, not even in the same major as he was… He just someone he knew from the campus, just suddenly pops up at the house which fortunately empty for the semester break, while he has some remedial to make his grade better…

“Roy….? Damn….! You drunk, bro….?” Asked Freddy which answered with a smirk by the young man, who then make a hush gesture….

“Just having some fun…. Had a great score today…. Ooh she was tight, bro….” He chuckled, rambling, and sits next to Freddy, who can smell the alcohol reeks out of the guy’s mouth….

Freddy knew what that guy mean with fun, which most possibly includes him having a one-night stand to some random girl, but mostly that he met, online or at the public area near campus….

He was notorious of his smooth talks, and with his devilish handsome looks, he was able to seduce lots of women who fall victims to him….

And now, the guy was there, invaded his house, and that guy, who was about to pass out, and doesn’t want to have him passes out on the sofa, and since he doesn’t want anybody saw the guy sleeping on the couch, he said to the guy….

“Go to my room, bro…..” Said Freddy which followed by the guy, that tapped the shoulder of the kind young man and said…

“You’re a good guy….. Thanks’ bro….” Said Roy and walks towards the young man’s room….

Freddy sighs….

I’m not that good…. I just don’t want to miss the game…. He thought and then focused back to the game he was watching

Freddy yawn and stretches his aching body, since he was falling asleep on the couch….

Turning off the tv, he then went to the kitchen and sigh to see some dirty dishes left on the sink…..

It seems that his It seems that his guest helped himself, as if he was one of the residents of the house, eating some bread and making coffee, who fortunately was his, and then left the house, without even saying goodbyes….

Feeling still tired and sleepy, after cleaning the dishes, Freddy went to his room and sighs to see his bed sheet, his pillows, tossed as if a tornado just run through the room….

Taking all the dirty laundry and changed the sheet of his bed, doesn’t want to have another male stain touching his body, he then fell to the bed, and fall asleep, not noticing a 600ml mineral water bottle left on his table….

But, his sleep never comes, and even when he forced himself to sleep, it was not well at all, and with a hard sigh, he left his bed, out off his room and went to the living room, watches some re-run movies provided by the cable tv stations, and try to rest his head on the sofa, trying to catch some sleep when a loud banging on the door startled him….

Did he forget something …? He thought and groans as he gets up from the cozy sofa and walked lazily to the door and opened it…

But the person banging on the door that he he saw surprised him….

“Babe…?!” He was stunned to see the girl he knew, the pleasant looking girl, wearing a loose t-shirt and dark-coloured denim pants pushes him aside and stormed inside the house and rushed into his room….

“Step aside, d**k! I need to take a dump….!” Said the girl with her vulgar mouth as she hastily went to her partner’s room who has an internal bathroom in it….

Scratching his not itchy head, Freddy then closes the door and lock it, doesn’t want to take another chance that someone comes uninvited like what Roy just did, but sometime locking it was not an option, since the boys had different schedule and they already lost so many keys, they decided no locking unless the house will be empty…

Freddy then returned to the sofa, shaking his head, trying to grasp the extraordinary morning he has….

And as he looked at the show he doesn’t really care on the tv, his mind wanders to the girl who just enters his room, locking it from the inside, and using his toilet…..

Babe…. Febri…. Febriana….

The name of the girl…. The unique girl…. The girl that makes him smiled, while scratching his head and smiled in disbelief

She was one of his class mates, one of the only five girls that takes his major….

Despite the advancement of the era, but it was still a uniqueness of itself to have girls in mechanical engineering…?

Sighing, Freddy changes the channels, but his mind wanders to the first day they met, which started off the wrong foot
