Soren was discussing with Orion and Athena when Alec hurried inside the sitting room.
"Alpha, Lord Orion, Lord Athena." He nodded respectfully, then held up a thick scroll, bound by a leather string.
"What is that?" Soren asked.
"It's a message for Lord Orion. From Zeke."
Orion grabbed the scroll quickly and opened it. "It's concerning Kaliyah's dream." He told Soren. "I asked Zeke to check the old scrolls and find out everything he can about the golden creature."
Soren's interest piqued and he waited impatiently as Orion went through the scroll.
"Goddess above." Orion whispered, and there was a hint of fear in his voice.
"What is it?" Soren asked sharply.
