FREYA I walk out of Miriam's cottage with the cold morning air against my face and a small impossible weight in my chest. The herb grows north of the river bend, in the slopes of a pack that is our sworn enemy. For all I know, they might be behind these attacks. Going for it myself is too risky, especially as I cannot shift. If I am caught, the consequences would be dire for me, Eli and the pack.
