Author’s POV
Ian signals to Blaire to open the door for him and he enters with all his might in Nova’s bedroom, again. He doesn't even know why he's doing this, but he feels the need to give her a reply as Nova's lack of attention for him.
"Aheam!" Ian coughs slightly, trying to get Nova's attention, but she's sleeping. After the last two hours in which she was tormented by the terrible pain in her stomach, she finally managed to calm down.
“She is sleeping? What the f**k? ” Ian boils in his own blood. "Did I bother in vain?" and he wants to swear at her but right then she opens her eyes slowly, and seeing him again near her bed she can't help it and asks.
