After the incident from the old train station, less series of killing was reported by the local news. Which quite strange.

It’s been a decade after the last vampire attack in human world. Thana and I succeed in protecting the human world from the outcast of supernatural realm, especially the vampires. Their hunger for human blood made them more vicious in killing.

“Hey babe! Are you okay?” Michael baritone voice pull me up from daze.

I smiled to him and nodded.

“I’m okay, just a little tired.” I lied to him. He wrapped his arms in my shoulder and pulled me into his chest. His scent made me relaxed.

“Do you want to go home?” he asked with a concern look in his eyes.

I shake my head and give him a kissed. He kissed me back. I am so happy that I found my mate, yes Michael is my mate, He’s human and he feel less the mate bond than to us werewolf. I’m not expecting to finally found him since my pack was slaughtered a long time ago by rouges and vampire. I am the daughter of an alpha, my parents died protecting me the day before my 18th birthday. I was unable to shift during the attack, my mother the Luna of our pack run with me into the woods, her white wolf run like a bullet into the woods while I was riding her back. My mother’s wolf stops from running when we saw city lights, it means that were already in human territory. My mother shifted to his human form and look at me with a tear in her eyes. She looked at me.

“Belle, my daughter. You promised me to live and be brave. I am sorry if me and daddy will not be with you on your birthday tomorrow. I have to go back to our pack to help your dad” she said in between sobs. She hugged me and I cried in her shoulder.

“Listen, tomorrow you will have your wolf, she’s powerful, you have to trust her. She will protect you” my mom added. I nodded to her. Then she handed me my black back pack were a few sets of clothes and bunch of bank cards and cash.

“Take this, it will help you to continue your lives. Your life will be hard but you have your wolf to protect you.” She said and hugged for the last time.

“don’t ever forget that mom and dad, loves you” my mother said before she shifted to her white wolf and run back to the woods. I cried heavily when I couldn’t see the white silhouette of my mother’s wolf from a far. I started to walk away from the forest when an excoriating pain thug in my heart. It feels like it ripped my body and soul apart. I screamed from my lungs and then darkness filled my vision.

“Belle, wake up! Wake up!” a voice woke me up from my slumber. I groaned.

“Goddess, you sleep headed, get up your ass, were going to shift in a few minutes” I heard a voice but I don’t see someone when I looked around.

“Who are you?” I asked.

“I’m Rain, your wolf” the voice replied.

“What? My wolf?” I asked.

“Yeah, it’s your birthday in a few minutes and were going to shift in midnight.” Rain added.

“It’s nice to meet you Rain” I happily said.

“Likewise,” she replied. Then my eyes filled with tears when I remembered my parents.

“they’re gone” Rain said.

“What do you mean they’re gone?” I asked her with confusion in my face.

“They died to protect us.” Rain replied with sadness in her voice.

I can’t believe what my wolf said. Then tears begun to fall from my eyes. I remembered the smiles of my beloved parents that I will never see again. Then suddenly I felt an agonizing pain from my stomach a, I hold my breath but the pain become intense and it started radiating to my body.

“It’s time” Rain said.

“What?” I asked sweat and tears mixed in my face.

“Were shifting, let me take over.” she said. I fell to the ground suffering from the intense pain, every second the pain increases. I felt my spine twitches and my other bone started to crack and realign.

I close my eyes and screamed at the top of my lungs; it feels like an hour before the pain subside. Then when I opened my eyes, I saw large paws covered with grey fur and I saw I grey tail behind my back. I shifted successfully into my wolf. Then I looked around I saw bugs and ants clearly roaming the ground, my vision magnified multiple times than my human eyes.

I started to walk and move forward then my slow pace begun to move fast. Then I realized that I'm running like a bullet in the woods. I stop when I saw a river nearby. I walked towards it and I saw my wolf’s reflection, my gray fur is soft and my eyes, blue eyes just like my father. My happiness fade when I remembered my parents.

“someone’s coming” Rain said. Then I sniffed the air. I smell their disgusting scent. Vampires!

“Rain we have to run” I said to Rain. Then she started to run away from the river when I heard I splash of water. I stop and saw three vampires came out from the water. I felt scared and then I started to step backward but I heard a twig behind my back, When I looked behind me. I saw another pale vampire leaning the three. His bloodshed eyes screamed death.

“Well, what we have here, a newly shifted wolf” one of the vampires said.

“We have to fight back” rain said.

“But I don’t know how to fight. “I replied to her.

“Just let me take over” she said then she started to growl and gritted her teeth.

“A feisty one” the vampire said. Then he started to walked towards me. Rain stood in defense position.

Then one of the vampires behind my back attacked me. Rain dodges it and sunk our canines in his shoulder. The vampire screamed in pain when I got a large piece of his flesh. Then his body started to disintegrate too ashes.

The other vampires attacked me simultaneously.

I felt a scratch in my stomach and saw vampire claws in it. I panic when I saw blood came from my body. I hardly kick the vampire and throw him to the three. I looked into my wounds. It's not healing, vampire claws are very dangerous to us wolves. I looked towards the vampires and I saw them smirk.

Then one of them raise his hands and then fireball started to form. I was shocked and fear consumed me.

“You killed our friend so were going to send you in hell.” The vampire with a fireball said.

He started to attacked me with his fire power. Rain dodges his few attacks; fire rapidly burnt the dried leaves and trees. The whole forest was in chaos when the fire started spread. Insects and animals started to run away to save their lives. I looked towards the vampires; I must kill him before it getting worst. But before I move my body. I felt electrocuted, a large volt of electric shock numbs my body, I collapsed in the ground. I shifted to my human form. The vampire was shock when they saw my naked body. I covered my breast and curled up like fetus in the ground.

“Your feisty woman” the vampire said. Then it started to walk towards me. I looked at him. He smirked then he grabs my hair.

“You smell good for a wolf, what it feels to taste your blood.” the vampire hissed. Then his fangs extended ready to punctures my skin.

Then we heard a powerful loud growled. Then the vampire flinch. From somewhere a white large fox came out, with gritted teeth. It attacks the two vampires in a swift mode, their body disintegrate to ashes.

Then the vampire beside me stood up. He formed a fireball again and started to attack the fox.

I was surprised when the fireball stops in midair then the fox started to walk towards us, Before the vampire escaped the fox attacked and slaughter the vampire's body, blood was everywhere and vampire’s body parts were thrown everywhere before it turns to ashes.

I looked towards the white fox; its fur was now stained with blood. The fox let a powerful growled and then followed with a loud thunder.

Suddenly, water started to pour from the sky. “It’s raining!” Rain said in my head. I look towards the fox who's its eyes on me. It’s gaze ooze with power. It walks towards me and then it started to shift. In a few seconds, a beautiful woman stands with a pair of beautiful red-orange eyes, she nearly my age. “The white fox was a beautiful woman”.

She smiled. “Are you alright?” she asked.

I nodded and smile to my savior.

“My name is Thana” the woman said, introduces herself.

Belle sighed from the flashes of memories of her parents and how she meet her Thana.

She looked at Michael whose busy on watching movies. Michael invited her for a date today but she refused and decided to do movie marathon on the latter's apartment. She wouldn't want to risk Michael's life. Vampires are still roaming around the city.

Yesterday when she came home, she caught Thana and Nikolas on kissing act. I knew that there's something going between the two, it's obvious in a way how they look each other. She want Thana to be happy and if Nikolas is the one who will make it, then she will support them. The way Thana supported her with Michael.
