CHAPTER 4 THE QUESTION

IF , you had one day to live , how would you spend it ? asked a curious Damien. Isabella, taken aback by Damien's unexpected question, pauses for a moment, her mind racing with possibilities. "Wow, Damien, that's a tough question. If I only had one day to live, I would want to make it absolutely unforgettable," she says, her voice filled with a mixture of excitement and contemplation.

"I've always dreamt of visiting Paris," Isabella continues, a wistful smile forming on her lips. "The city of love, art, and romance. It's like a fairytale come to life. I've seen pictures of the beautiful Eiffel Tower, the charming streets lined with cafes, and the breathtaking views from the top of Montmartre. To experience all of that in just one day would be incredible."

Her eyes sparkle as she continues, "And you know what I've always wanted to do in Paris? Put a lock on the bridge of love, the Pont des Arts. It's such a romantic gesture, symbolizing eternal love. I can imagine us finding the perfect lock, engraving our names on it, and sealing our love on that iconic bridge."

Isabella's voice grows more animated as she shares her wildest desire. "And, believe it or not, I've always had this secret longing to go skydiving. The thrill, the adrenaline rush, and the feeling of absolute freedom as you soar through the sky. It's something I've always wanted to experience, but never had the chance."

Just as Isabella finishes her sentence, Damien interrupts her with a devilish grin. "Wish granted!" he exclaims, his eyes gleaming mischievously. Isabella's eyes widen in surprise and confusion, wondering what he could possibly mean.

But before she can even process his words, Damien continues, his excitement contagious. "The way I see it, Isabella, we can do whatever we want. Life is too short to hold back. Let's make this day count!"

With a twinkle in his eye, Damien turns to his driver and instructs them to prepare the private jet. "Pack your bags, Isabella. We're going to Paris!" he declares, his voice filled with determination and adventure.

Isabella's heart skips a beat as the reality sinks in. This spontaneous and exhilarating adventure is about to become a reality. Her mind races with a mix of anticipation, disbelief, and pure joy. She can hardly contain her excitement as she starts gathering her belongings, ready to embark on an unforgettable journey to the city of Paris.
