The Ground Terrors

They were talking in the room, the map scrolls are scattered everywhere. Techno reaches some books over the shelves, Aqua was creating a vision from the magic ball that she created, she was scanning the outer place of this old castle. Eredene was on the couch checking his staff if there is any clue for him, those dreams are keep on messing with his head.
"Agamon!, we have visitors" Aqua said while holding the magic ball at the other hand,
Agamon pushes all the books at the corner then he pushed the shelves to the other side behind that was a hidden passageway. "let's go, they're already here."
Whose here? Eredene thinks that maybe there was a threat or a massive enemy since the ground was actually trembling like an earthquake, a distant rumble could be heard.
All of them went through the secret passageway, HIs hands were shaking while holding the staff he feels that there might be another enemy who wants the staff and wanted for their own sake.
Freya squeezed his shoulder gently " Calm down, it is natural for us to have this kind of trouble since, there are enemies who wanted that thing you where holding onto"
Eredene looked the staff with a firm decision in his face, "We must get out-
The wall exploded shattering the bricks into pieces, all off them was thrown away in an instant. Eredene tried to get up he's felt weak at the knees. He uses the wall to stand up, "Agamon!, Freya!, Aqua, Techno!" he coughed from the smoke that blocks his sight, he still have the staff, good thing it wasn't cut into two.
Eredene saw a pile of bricks like a stairway he went up through that until he made outside, the place was totally deteriorated. The trees and grasses are dead, mountains and hills are full of sands and bones from animals and skulls from human. Then he heard an explosion on the other side of the mountain, quickly he run towards where the explosion happens. Ignoring the sand and dizziness he still kept on moving.
Over the mountain was his friend, fighting a huge group of bandits. They were wearing a spiky armor and spears with a spike balls on their tips, his friends were surrounded by them. It was risky to go inside having without a plan, then suddenly the fight already begun,
Agamon prepared in battle stance and showed his swords" guys are we ready"
he jumped in the middle of the bandits slashing their armors but it only bounce back, those armors are thick and hard. Aqua uses some magics but it doesn't affect too.
The bandits uses a large cage to prison them.
A big guy with a giant lizard was following behind him, with a chain entangled on its neck
The big guy laughed wickedly then coughed " jeez with this throat, I'm Clutch as in a part of a gearing wheel or anything but let's not talk about that, where is the staff?"
Techno shakily adjust his glasses in his nose "Y-you m-must be mistaken there is no staff and we don't know what are you talking about"
"I don't know then why does this meter is glowing and why are you stuttering you lad ha ha", showing a circular radar machine and the light was green indicating that the staff was detected.
"Then how about we kill one of your friends in order for you to tell me where the staff is"
Clutch grab Freya's hair pulling her outside from the cage, Agamon tried to stop him but he was kick back to the cage,
"don't you dare Clutch you beast, fight with me!, you coward!"
Clutch chuckled " coward? sorry child but my business doesn't deals with you but I could spare her life if you would tell me where the staff was". he pointed the dagger in Freya's throat.
Agamon can see the fear in Freya's eyes he must think something or else she will die
"you've got five seconds to answer"
"stop!"

"don't you dare!"

Agamon clench his jaw, he wanted to punch this guys but he can't tell where the staff was or else Eredene will also be in trouble.

"Agamon, it's okay" Freya smiling at him, then she nods.

The dagger was slowly slicing his throat and a little blood was dripping from it.

"Water magic: water bullet"
Clutch was thrown away by the water bullets that hit on his face, all of them looked where the magic came from, it was Eredene looking at the bandits furiously,
"Eredene!, your alive" Techno shouted
"get the staff you fools" Clutch pointing to Eredene
Eredene fly into the air "you wanted this staff badly, come and get it"
he created some icy daggers and shoot towards them but nothing happens because of those thick armors, " I must eradicate that armor first"
" Pure magic: Supreme Theocracy"
a light showed in the sky showering all the enemies and it pierce through their armor like paper, Clutch's bandits died rapidly.
"no!, you pest kid, Metal Magic: Silver daggers"
he released a liquid metal then it shaped into sharp daggers flying towards Eredene but it was just only block by a blue sphere that protects Eredene. Clutch grabs his sword and cuts the chain that entangles with the lizard's neck suddenly it change into a giant dragon blowing fire everywhere, he rode on it and rushed towards Eredene. Agamon was able to set himself free with Aqua and Techno, they help Eredene in killing some other bandits who was left in the ground.
explosions happen in the sky Eredene tried to evade some fire attacks but he's still got hit with the lizard's sharp claws, he can only block magic but physical attacks was not. He uses an electric sphere to prison the dragon and casted some magical runes to nullify it, then slowly the dragon was becoming a lizard again.
Eredene uses some magic at Clutch " Pure magic: Drain"
He drains all the mana and magic Clutch have and he fainted again for the second time, when he uses too much of his mana he always result to faint.
