ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE Despite the double yellow lines, Grace parked the Alpha Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio outside ‘Hair by Hélène’ on Chapelgate as a one-man Ford Focus patrol car drew up and stopped behind her.
