According to a Wikipedia article that Grace googled, Helen Reason, born in July 1961, started her hairdressing franchise empire more than forty years ago. A mother of two, twins Graham and Gillian, she had set up her first salon, aged nineteen, in the front room of her council house in the Easedale estate and had been an instant success. Helen apparently decided early on not to restrict her business to just hairdressing and hairdressing products but to sell make-up and later offering a beauty salon and nail bar to her premises.
