The continued refusal by the Swanbitch to call him by his chosen name was an insult.
And that refusal had been echoed by the Sky News reporter, f*****g Kathy McNichol.
Such insolence cannot, will not, be allowed to pass without severe redress. It might be harder for him to punish McNichol for her insolence, but Swanbitch was within his reach.
He knew where she lived, knew what car she drove, knew she was f*****g DS Terry Horton who was complicit in the Swanbitch’s disrespect. And he too would suffer for that contempt.
The Mannikin Killer was omnipotent. Unstoppable.
Never mind a triptych, how about a quartet with Swanbitch and Horton as the centre pieces?
