She was so damn f*****g beautiful. I couldn’t point out what it really was, but right now, as I stared at her sleeping face – albeit guiltily – all I could think of was how this impatient woman could make my heart gallop like a race horse. It was unnatural too, for someone to sleep so still; if it wasn’t for her open-mouthed drooling face, I would’ve have been worried if she was even alive or not. Believe it or not, this woman could sleep through tornadoes and hurricanes without even moving once or responding to anyone. Using this to my advantage, I conned her into thinking that I was actually going to stay away and stay asleep on the upper bunk when in reality, I climbed down the moment she was out cold –as noisily as I could to make sure if she was really asleep or not – and slipped in
