It was quite late at night when I woke up next. Since it was dark outside, it took some time to collect my thoughts and decide what date, day, time and dimension it was. I was well rested, and the only emotion I was feeling right then – strongly – was hunger. My stomach growling loudly was probably the thing that had woken me up, because otherwise, there had been no way I would wake up without filling up my eight hours quota.
