I awoke with the comforting smell of my mate swirling around me..I didn't even remember coming back to the bed. After healing Rowan I felt exhausted and the last thing I remembered was gazing into Rowan's beautiful eyes.
I turned my head, peeking over at Rowan as a smile instantly filled my face.
He was lying next to me, his eyes half open as he peered down while staring at me. His eyes turned bright and filled with excitement as he leaned forward, kissing me on the cheek.
"Finally, I thought you would be out for days with how loud you were snoring." He teased, making me gasp as I couldn't help but glare at him.
"Whatever! You are lying." I pouted, feeling my cheeks warm as Rowan couldn't hold in his laugh.
My Rowan was really back..I could feel his happiness radiating off
