ELARA’S POV
Days blurred together rapidly, one bleeding into the next. I woke up, had breakfast with Chelsea, and got ready for the day, which would just be walking around the gardens or the house. Chelsea offered to take me out on the town during the day to meet some of the people of the village, but I declined each time she offered.
After lunch, she’d bid me farewell and leave me to my room alone, where I would sit and wait for Theron to call me for dinner. Sometimes, we had dinner in his room, others in mine. Each night ended with a soft kiss that I was still reeling from each day.
