219 Words
We get born. And then what? We grow up? Is that how life should work? What is the big deal then? Oh... wait... Childhood, I totally forgot about that. I am 17, I am still a kid, but people expect so much of us in just 17th year of our life. It is okay to ask us if we have a plan, but it is not okay to push us being someone we have never wanted to be. Parents put a lot of pressure on their kids, whether they realize it or not. I'm sure parents want the best for their kid, but they also just speak and never try to listen, that's where the problem begins. We need to be listened to. Do you know how many teenagers commit a suicide only because they are being pushed all the time and they are never let to be them selves? There is so many kids that struggle with life and don't know how to deal with it. I am one of them and trust me, the struggle is real. It is so hard to try even tho you don't know what are you trying. It can hurt and the best part is that you don't even know what hurts you, but the pain just sits there, it doesn't move.
