The heavy doors of the Linnaeus Hall clicked shut behind me, the silence gone, replaced by the distant rumble of city traffic. Walking home, I felt like I was finally back in a stable state. I wasn't expecting a perfect 100% but I was fairly certain I hadn't failed either. I couldn’t wait until I got home to finally experience some of that self care I promised myself.
