After an hour

“At first ayaw niya magpaligaw baka daw kase I'm just playing with her. I proved her wrong now I'm courting her for 6 months already” she continued

Papunta kami sa library sa Mansion nila Jihyo.

Nauna na naglakad mga pinsan niya kasama si Sana and Momo

“Jih may jowa ba yung davis?” tanong ko

“wala naman, bet mo?” she teasingly asked

“makikipagclose lang naman, tanungin mo yung nangurot dahil sa gum” pang-aasar ko kay Mina

“Ang awkward kase kanina e, buti nalang she gave a gum” Mina smiled

“Ano diyan nalang kayo?” tanong ni Chaeyoung

“heto na excited ka ba?” Tanong ni Jihyo saka tumawa silang dalawa

Woahh it's so much bigger than we expected, umuulan pala sa labas. I can see it since glass wall yung nandito sa loob, you can see their garden and their green house looks organized.

May computers at 5 tables dun sa side.

May isang long table and dalawang 5 seaters na sofa. May coffee machine and refrigerator din

It smells like new books, you will feel calm here.

We went upstairs and saw that it was full of awards and medals. Academics and sports

Yung isang wall full of their framed certificates and their high school graduation photos. Sa gitna non may group picture sila it was really big.

“yeah, but di namin maabot yung gpa ni Jih” Mina answered

Humble ha? Jih and Mina are competitors in our class, pataasan ng gpa. They are really friends kaso nga lang our prof calls them competitors.

Ako dean's lister din ako but I don't think I deserve it. Tinutulungan lang nila ako, I don't have any plans to be an architect but for the sake of my future I'll do it.

“You should do your works na” jihyo clapped to get all our attention

Bumalik kami sa baba then they sat at the long table

After few hours

I stretched my neck a bit kase kanina pako nakaupo pero di ko makuha yung solution sa homework namin sa calculus

I looked at them while inangat ko ang specs ko

I saw Tzuyu helping Momo, Dahyun teaching Sana, Chaeyoung and Mina arguing with the right formula, Jihyo calculating quietly and Davis sipping on her Cider.

“Jih patulong naman di ko makuha yung sa 3rd equation” bulong ko

Davis analyzed the question and started scribbling on Jihyo's scratch paper she didn't even look at the other examples in our book.

“There” she said my mouth opened wide when I saw her handwriting was really neat and the answer was understandably right

“Can you help me with this one too?” i asked her shyly

She didn't hesitate to sit beside me and said

“Tuturuan nalang kita” she said then smiled slightly

“Beauty” I answered she was confused.

Then my friends laughed, that's when I realized what I said

She showed me an example and asked me to solve it by myself so I focused.

“Jih dun muna kami sa game room sunod nalang kayo” she said then held my wrist and pulled me

I started jamming to it, she's just looking at me

“This subdivision is owned by our corporate HAHAHAHA, our grandpa is the chairman and he gave his grandchildren 1 mansion each then we have a Mansion for us only with our cousins and the biggest mansion there up the hill is for our whole family.” she said which literally gave me goosebumps

“where are your parents?” I asked her

“Our dads are busy handling the corporate, they're handling branches in different countries then our moms have their own businesses for fun” she said then drank a sip of cider

“Your dad have a high position in the corp right?” she asked me

Tumango lang ako, still trying to absorb their wealth

“the subdivision that you live on, is also owned by the Corp. Your mansion is given by my grandfather.” she said

(Door knocks)

She walked to the door and opened it

“lipat nalang kayo sa entertainment room sa attic Jeong” sabi ni Chaeyoung

“Lumapit ka rito usap tayo” sabi ni Davis

“di na tara na nagkaayaan table tennis” sabi ni Chaeyoung saka na naglakad

“just call me Jeong” she said then opened the door for me

Dahyun's

“7:5 na dubs” sigaw ni Tzuyu

Naglalaro kami ng table tennis kalaban ko si Jihyo and patalo na ko

“Andito na pala kayong tatlo e” sabi ni Sana

We got close naman kanina sa library we told our stories and what we have in common and our differences. 'Di na sila masyadong awkward around us now. Ang weird lang nung Sana yung mga tingin niya e.

“Dubs ano ba?Ayusin mo laro mo. May Laro ka den niyan next week” sabi ni Tzuyu

“Sorry na ho!” sabi ko saka sila Tumawa

“Naglalaro ka den nito sa Uni?” tanong ni Nayeon kaya tumango ako

“Suki kayo sa sports ng school ah?” tanong niya

“Bored kasi kami ” sabi ni Jihyo

“Ha?” tanong ni Momo

“Hammer” sabi ni Tzuyu saka siya hinampas ni Momo. Inirapan naman ni Momo si Tzu

“Laro na bilis!” sigaw ni Jihyo

“Ayaw ko na mamaya nalang uli ako” sabi ko saka pumunta sa billiards table para sumandal.

Nakaramdam na naman ako ng weird feeling na may nakatingin sakin.

Tinignan ko si Sana, and di ako nagkamali kase nakatingin na naman siya. Tinitigan ko siya sa mata hanggang sa mailang siya at mag-iwas ng tingin.

Napangisi lang ako.

This is Weird parang familiar siya.

Naglaro lang sila, sina Chaeng at Jeong naglalaro ng Tekken si Jihyo,Momo,Sana and Mina nagte-table tennis pa den. Si Tzuyu, Nayeon saka ako nanonood lang.

Tinignan ko ang wall clock.

10:22pm

“Di pa kayo matutulog? Anong oras na oh!” sabi ko saka tinuro yung wall clock nung tumingin sila.

“Di pa pala tayo nag-dinner” sabi ni Tzu saka tinakpan bibig niya

“oo nga pala, di ba kayo nagugutom?” tanong ni Jih

“Medyo lang naman, Jih” sabi ni Momo kaya natawa si Tzu

“Tara sa baba kain na tayo” sabi ni Jeong saka hinila si Chaeng

Napatingin ako kay Tzu at Jih kase may sinisignal sila e.

Ahhh tignan ko daw phone ko.

Bumaba na din ako, nakasunod sakin sila Nayeon and Sana.

“proceed na kayo sa baba punta lang ako sa room ko” sabi ko. They nodded saka na ako lumihis ng daan.

(After dinner)

Nasa kanya-kanyang kwarto na sila but I decided to go sa kitchen to drink milk.

“Oh Dahyun Gising ka pa nak?” sabi ni Nay Roselia

“Iinom lang neto nay” I said then laughed, “By the way, Nay pakipindot yung alarm bukas ng 7am ha? ” I said then umakbay para ihatid siya sa room niya.

I was about to go to my room when I saw the door in the balcony is open. I went there and saw a girl staring at the night sky.

“Why aren't you sleeping?” I asked her

“oh! D-Dahyun” she stuttered “I can't sleep e.” she said.

I asked her to sit down sa coffee table dito

“Diba you have class at 8?” she asked me, I nodded then chuckled

“They wake me up naman before they leave. What are you doing here?” I asked her

“I was just thinking” She replied

“thinking about what?” I hesitantly asked

“What did you do to be this blessed” she joked then laughed

“You know you're cute but you need to sleep, Miss Reeves” I said

“I know, osige I'll go back to the room you lent me” she said then stood up

Our rooms are not that far from each other.

When I saw her get in I walked towards my room then went to brush my teeth.

Her laugh suddenly flashed in my mind, when I looked at the mirror I saw myself smiling.

I shook my head and finished brushing my teeth, then went to my bed.

(THE NEXY DAY)

I woke up when I heard the loud alarm ringing in my room. I groaned then checked my phone.

7:00am

I stood up and went to take a quick shower.

“Gising na kaya sila?” I asked my self before checking myself in the human sized mirror in front of me. I took my bag, phone, wallet and car keys then went downstairs.

“Ang problema kase Jeong bat di mo ipaliwanag?!” sigaw ni Jihyo kaya napatakbo ako papunta sa dining area

“Jihyo calm down” Chaeyoung said

“Calm down Jih! Oh! Dahyun is here na” Tzuyu said then rolled her eyes

“Oh anyare sainyo?” I asked them “Ang aga ng sigawan niyo ah? Ikaw jih bat ang aga mo nagising?” tanong ko

Sinenyasan naman ako ni Chaeng na umupo kaya binitawan ko muna yung gamit ko sa living room.

“Ayan nalaman niya yung nangyari nung isang gabi” sabi ni Tzu saka tinuro si Jeong na kumakain lang

“What?” iritadong tanong ni Jeong nung nakita niyang nakatitig kami sa kanya

“I'll tell you after my last game, calm down and eat your breakfast” she ordered us

Jihyo shook her head then sat down

Umupo na din ako saka kumain

Nayeon's

I was shocked sa narinig ko.

Kanina pako sa labas ng dining area nila and I heard everything. Nagtago ako nung nakita ko si Dahyun na pababa.

“kawawa naman pala si Jeong” bulong ko

“andito ka pala hija bat hindi ka pa mag-agahan doon?” tanong nung nanay Roselia nila

Roselia? That name brought a bitter memory

“Ahh nag-uusap ho ata sila e” sabi ko saka naman siya tumingin sa likod ko

“Oh Nayeon you're awake na?” Jeong asked

“A-ahh there's a loud alarm kase kaya nagising ako heheh” I stuttered

“Ay pasensya na hindi ko ata napatay yung sa kwarto mo” sabi nung nanay Roselia

“pasensya na rin ho” sabi ko

“eat there” she said pero nakatingin lang ako sa kanya

“Hey? Di ka ba gutom?” she said nakatingin lang ako

She held my wrist gently and pulled me inside their dining area

“Nayeon? Kanina ka pa awake? Sit here oh” Jihyo said then pointed the seat beside her.

Someone served me a plate and utensils kaya I ate na din.

I saw Jihyo's cousins standing up one by one.

“Jih una na kami, we have Prof. Benitez for our first period” Tzuyu said

“See you later jih.” Dahyun said then nodded to me

“Ano jeong di ka magpapaalam?” sabi ni Chaeyoung but Jeong just walked out then the 3 of them followed her.

Tumingin ako kay Jihyo nung padabog niya binaba ang kutsara niya

“Damn it” Jihyo said then lowered her head

“What's wrong jih?” Kunwari di ko alam nangyari
