*Elizabeth POV*
I take off running and start weaving in and out of the trees.
I can hear him running behind me, growling playfully at me.
A huge smile spreads across my face and I start giggling as I try to stay away from him.
It reminds me of childhood, it’s so freeing.
I reach a clearing and instinctively know this is where he had been trying to take me.
It was a large clearing with a beautiful lake in the center of it.
The water looks so nice and clear, and it was sure to be refreshingly cool.
So he was being literal when he said I would get wet today.
He finally reaches me and takes me in his arms, spinning me around.
My laughter fills the air as we spin, and his soon joins in.
His face is buried in my neck as he spins me, taking in my scent.
