RHEA I stand in the middle of the room, hugging my shoulders as tears gather in my eyes, and I blink them away, walking briefly, glancing back to the door, my eyes still locked on the empty doorway, as though half expecting Darius to walk back in at any moment. He doesn't. I'm left with this lingering feeling of his lips on mine and the closeness it brought with it. Everything was back to normal before the moment abruptly ended. Pathetic.
