The director stepped in. The deed was done. Rajiv had committed professional suicide. He had to be put out of his misery. He asked both of them to shut up. In the following days, Rajiv quit. It was not surprising. Burcam had lost one of his very best, yet it went mostly unnoticed as the agency was busy celebrating the new deal, “officially” secured thanks to Toni.
