“We're here. Get out of my car” I told Ethan after parking the car in the restaurant's parking lot and he laughed in response to what I said.
“Relax, Ryder. I know you're mad that we're having dinner with Janet and her dad but I didn't orchestrate it. Dad did. So pour your anger on him okay? I'm innocent”
He told me and before I could even look at him, he pushed open the car door and sprang out. Then he bent to look at me through the window.
“Get out of the car already. I'm not going in alone so be quick” he urged me and I rolled my eyes tiredly before I grunted to myself while turning off the car.
Then I got out of the vehicle and walked over to Ethan where he waited and we both shared a short stare.
