I aggressively pulled open the door to see Chloe standing there and I glared at her while she looked at me and Ryder until she finally realized that she'd just ruined our moment and her jaw dropped.
She quickly covered her mouth with wide eyes before she mouthed ‘sorry’ to me and scurried off to the kitchen so it was just me and Ryder once again and I faced him.
