Aarsh Sharma - 25 - a newly made young billionaire, successor to his billionaire uncle who is suffering from a fatal disease and may die without any biological heir.

Meera Sharma - 25 - just a middle class girl who is miserably failing to get a decent job after loosing an yr in trying to get a government job

Sana Mohan - 25 - Aarsh's girlfriend for about 6 yrs studying to get a scholarship in a reputed foreign university to be a doctorate and also Meera's college friend

Shagun Shah - 24 - Meera's best friend since her college days

Maithili Malhotra - 25 - Sana and Aarsh's best friend through tuition

Sharman Arora - 25 - Maithili's boyfriend for 6 years and Sana and Aarsh's another bestfriend from their tuition 

Vidushi , Varsha , Riya , Sanjay - other friends of Aarsh , Sana , Maithili and Sharman (they all were very close to each and shared most of their secrets to each other.
