"I think she is coming around," Lisa heard as she opened her eyes. She saw two pairs of green eyes staring at her with worry. Her eyes began to focus as she sat up. She realised the pairs of green eyes belonged to Alannah and Grace.
"Hey, take it steady, you had quite a fall!" Alannah said, concerned.
"I am fine. Please don’t worry." Lisa said, trying to process what she had seen. All those memories, containing somehow familiar scents and sounds, are still ebbing and flowing in her mind.
"Of course, we are worried. You had brain trauma, and when we came to invite you to lunch, we found you lying on the ground. Now, tell me your name, please. " Grace ordered as she shone a light into Lisa’s eyes.
"It is Lisa, Lisa Morningstar. Well, I suppose I am Lisa Maldonado as we are married," Lisa
