Before Troy's departure, he already instructed his assistant, Marcus Levi to take care of Cassandra.
Cassandra didn't know that Troy was leaving. She wasn't aware as well that Troy came back to see her last night.
It was just their first day as a married couple yet the woman will be left behind in the man's mansion.
Troy knew that his pack didn't like Cassandra to be their Luna but they could do nothing but compromise since he was the Alpha. His pack didn't know what his plans were but all of them knew why Troy married Cassandra. And all of them planned to give Cassandra a hellish life as well.
Troy wanted Cassandra to be sent back to his pack so that she would be able to recover her memory soon. Troy wanted to get back what he thought belonged to him.
