CHAPTER FIFTY-SIX
Cassandra's POV
I was able to meet the man whom Uncle Stefan wanted me to marry. He seems like a normal human being and certainly not one of our kind. There are no two ways about him being a vampire or a wolf. I couldn't sense any threat from that man. He looks so innocent.
'Why did Uncle Stefan choose him to be my husband? And why did he pick a human instead of a vampire?’ These were some of the questions lurking in my head.
I was not able to remember the man's name but Uncle Stefan did send me his brief information before going to the banquet. Yet in fact, I never looked at it, even once.
Moving forward, I decided to meet him earlier to sort things out. But as soon as I saw him, I was stunned. He was handsome.
