"Stay out of this okay, this." Tara jerked his hand of her grip, throwing her off balance and landing on her butt.
But he seemed to regret almost immediately cause he let go of Trevor and hurried over to where she had fallen.
"Angel, I'm sorry..... I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to......." he started his pleas as he helped her up.
The girl pushed him off her and pointed at him as if preparing to throw a tantrum and create a scene. But she kept the words to her self and stormed away.
" Angel....... Angel please come back. " he called out desperately trying to catch up with him.
His two friends, simply glared at Trevor and did a my-eyes-are-on-you gesture before walking away into the direction their leader took.
Trevor pinched the skin betwren his eye brows and let out a depressingly long sigh, "Here we go again." he muttered, before picking up his books again.
Now that the drama was over, everyone that had gathered at the area to watch dispersed with unsatisfied expressions. "That boy always gets himself in trouble. It's a shame we didn't get to watch the end of him."
"He's extremely lucky. First he messed with Jasrtik from HA2. And some how he was spared. Now he dared to show his arrogance on an HA6 boy."
"I know. The worst part is that he is a slave. And he's only messing with people over his class."
"I swear, if he survives this entire week without broken bones and scratches, then the god of luck must be with him. There's no way Tara is sparing his ass this time."
A group of girls gossiped among themselves. Loud enough for Trevor and Tony, who walked behind them, hear.
Trevor and Tony's eyes locked momentarily as if they were spitting curses at themselves mentally.
" Now look what you've got your self into. "Tony started, with a disdainful smile.
" Atleast I'm not in this alone. "Trevor chuckled, looking ahead.
" What do you mean by that?"
" Wait till Tara finds out you lied about your name. That your not Derrick. Oh boy. You'll be in a lot of trouble." he said, air quoting the word Derrick with his fingers and a playful smile on his lips.
Tony's expression froze completely when he came to the realization.
" What are we going to do now?" he whimpered in scared breaths. Tagging in Trevor's black cloak.
"What should I do now? Just take the beating. You're a silver rank anyway."
"..." Tony blinked twice, rendered speechless. Yes he was silver rank but he has never exercised his power nor tried to gain more. He lurked far behind from those who had been natured by a school for a very long time. He would have also joined school if he wanted but he had no choice. He was an oohsrn anyway. If the council was to find out of him being guardian less and have such a ranking, they would turn him into those mindless killers that have gotten rid of their conscious. He had seen it happen to a friend before. He was taken by force and mind washed into the killing machine they wanted him to be.
That's why he was strongly cautious about getting caught by the slave sentinels and revealing his magic in front of them.
But now, thanks to this i***t, it was only a matter of time before the council found out. The only way out of this was if he escaped from this place. Which was the plan. But how?
Why was he even stressing these things? The i***t beside him wasn't even giving a care. Trevor was clearly a stone rank but why didn't he give a damn about his situation with Tara right now.
"What's your problem? You should be worried! You think everything is a joke huh? I'm at the bottom of the silver rank. And Tara... Tara might even be at the knight of the 6th class already. I can't compare to him if I tried to. Have you taken your situation into consideration. You're only stone rank. Your like an ant in his face. Why aren't you worried at all?!"
" mmmhmmm" Trevor shrugged his shoulders in a carefree manner.
His mind wandering off to a place he wouldn'think of in this situations. Harry Porter. Now that he looked at himself and the students in the school, they looked like they were from the movie. Only that yellow and red scuffs weren't part of their uniforms. And the wands weren't part of their tools.
I fact, he hadn't seen anyone carry a wand in here.
Stop think about that.... This is serious! He face palmed himself inwardly when Tony's words echoed in his ears.
He was right! Tara must be almost 3 folds more powerful than Jastrick. And it would have been hard defeating Jastrick if it wasn't for the correct timing. If their battle had dragged on any longer, he would be in a weakened and vulnerable state. It was something he noticed when he fought the Vultures that night.
He felt that a drained weakened after he exhausted his 12 seconds magic, but it wasn't enough to put him knees.
And when he fought with Jastrick using his twelve seconds in the crucial moment, the feeling was heavier.
Turns out, the seal magic takes a toll on the user's body. And the weakness is enhanced the more the user repeats it.
Jastrick was only bronze rank yet he gave him that much trouble. What would Tara do to him this time. Squash him into a pancake?
Alert! Alert! A loud deafening AI voice rang I his ears again. Almost throwing him off balance from a heart attack.
"Gosh I hate that thing!" he cursed, while stomping his feet in frustration.
Congratulations: you have unlocked real time estimation.
You can now click your chest to view time on your panel. Have a wonderful time.
"Real time estimation?"
Without delay, Trevor clicked his left pec and the same blue panel from the previous night displayed.
Time ratio- 1: 17520
One hour in the real world is equivalent to 17,520 hours(2 years) in the dungeon.
Time elapsed in the real world , 10 minutes
Time remaining, 1 hour 50 minutes.
"Crap!" Trevor cursed. It felt like he was being forced to stay in here. Only 10 minutes had passed in the real world. And he was remaining with 1 hour and 50 minutes. Which meant this dungeon was a full 2 hours.
Which was 4 full years in the dungeon! Of which he had stayed for less than 14 days.
He had 3 years and 352 days to go!
And gosh, he time went slow in here.
"Trevor....trevor. Are you even listening." Tony waved his hand in front of Trevor's eyes, bringing him out of his daze.
"S-sorry what were you saying?"
"..."

The teacher's lectures had become muffled noises to Trevor. Being a stone rank wasn't of help at all.
Each time he wanted to try out what was out what he learnt, the spell would fail to some extent. Nevertheless, he still wrote his notes for future reference.
