"Luca!"
I hear my name echo off the building walls as my eyes collide with the woman being dragged away and I know immediately that it's her. It's Lia and she's calling for me. I see the man pulling her by her neck away from the fight and behind a corner, taking her out of sight and I feel my blood boil. How dare he touch her like that? With no warning or regard of my surroundings, I shout out,
"Watch my six."
before I make a run through the gunfire, my destination is the same door that Lia was taken through. I am not going to let them take her from me again. Bullets whiz past me but none of them come in contact with my skin. I hear the shouts of my men behind me and see the bodies of our enemies fall to the ground giving me a path to run through with no obstacles. I slide
