Iris
Ace sat down on the couch in the living room after Shanaya left. I came out and made my way to him.
He lifted his eyes and a smile formed on his lips. He lifted his hand for me to take and I did. He slowly made me sit beside him.
“When did you wake up” he asked. “When you were talking to Shanaya” I lied. He nodded.
We sat in silence for a while holding each other’s hands and after sometime he asked, “Are you not sleepy anymore”.
I shook my head in no. “Then let’s go” saying this he got up from the couch making me stand too.
“To where?” I asked confused but he just kept walking with a smile plastered on his face until we reached his car.
“Somewhere only we know” he joked and I smiled. He started driving. We stopped by a small restaurant which is one of my favourite places
