Renovations Completed
I stayed through the spring and summer to oversee the renovations, until the glass house was back to its original design with a few minor exceptions.
I found myself working there during the day, but sleeping in the Lodge. It was comfortable there too, now that it was mine. I put a number of artifacts from Damon’s life into storage, adding to the interior a number of pieces that were distinctly my own, although they complimented the Lodge’s unique style. The feeling of warmth inside the house had a lot to do with all the wood, the large beams and the massive fireplace when it was burning brightly.
