She doesn't know who i am!!!!

*Lindah's pov*

The next morning i wake u early and start getting ready for school.am planning to pass by the stranger's  place to see how he's doing today.since i dont want to be late for school i head out earlier than usual.am sure he won't go jogging because of his wound.Lucky enough on the 2nd knock he opened the door for me.I ask him how he's fairing and if he's okay.He says he's okay and he's healing well considering.i tell him I'll be leaving since i dont want to be late today.I said bye then when i was about to leave he called back.l,"hey and may i  know your name please,you've really helped me but i dont even know your name and that's not good."i looked at him and said "am Lindah Erickson and talking about names what's yours?"He seemed shocked which made me wonder what I've done wrong."You really dont know my name??"he asked."Yes why are you shocked did you tell me your name and i forgot about it?" I asked"no i didn't tell you am Salm Deuts and thank you for everything Linda." he said with a disappointment tone.We said our goodbyes and told him I'll pass by in the evening to see how he was doing.

I arrived at  school early and i was happy no punishment for me."Hurray" i told myself.I head to class and the bell rings indicating the start of the 1st lesson.The day goes on swiflty and well and before knowing it the final bell rings and its time to go home.We are called for an assembly that there is an announcement they need to make.we head for the assembly and thats when we are told that there is an important visitor that will be visiting our school.They further informs us that he's a famous actor whose coming to sponser our school.Help us build it and sponsor some of the students who are less fortunate.That makes me happy and i internally thank that famous businessman and actor who thought of our poor school.Am really not familiar with this famous people since we dont have a tv at home to watch movies nor do i go to movies.And am also busy with school work to read any celebrity magazine.so i was happy that i would see one in real life.We went home happily chatting about the famous actor.i didn't bother to know his name though.i didnt think it important then.

I went to see Salm's and how he's doing.On my arrival i foundhim sitting on a hammock at his balcony.He looked much better now.I went in and said hi and inquired about his condition.He said hes doing great but hungry.so i went in and prepared some food for him.We chatted for a little while preparing his food.After finishing i left since i didn't want my old man to be on my neck.it was a good day and i wanted it to end well.I arrived home early freshened up had dinner with the family and went to sleep.It was indeed a great day today

*Salm's pov*

I was woken up by a knock on the door.i knew immediately it was her and i was happy.I went and opened the door and there she was.I led her in and she asked how i was doing and i told her i was recovering really well.She told me she had to go since she didnt want to be late for school.i understood and when she was about to leave i remembered that i was to ask for her name..She told me that she is Lindah Erickson but what made me even shocked is that she didnt know my name.She didn't kknow who i was.that was a shocker.Who in this world doesn't know my name.Anyway i told him am Salm Deut.She saw my shocked and disappointed face and am sure she wondered if something was wrong.But she quietly left leaving me confused.

That was a bummer.i kept wondering how she didnt know my name and that thought really bothered me.But on the brighter side i atleast knew she was kind and genuine and she helped me just as she could have helped any other person and that made me smile.I thought she helped me because she knew who i was and would need me to pay her with a favour in the future.But i was wrong.She did it out of kindness and humanity and that made me like her more.i even missed her and hoped the evening will come soon and I'll see her.Soon enough evening came and was counting minutes before her arrival.I then saw her.I was sitting on my hammock in the balcony when i saw her approaching.

She knocked on the door and i ran to open.There she was standing there.she looked tired.She asked if am doing okay and if i had something to eat.She went to the kitchen to fix something for me to eat.i followed her to the kitchen and asked her how her day was.She told me she had a good day and that their school were expecting some big shot celebrity and he'll help with the development of the school andalso sponsor some of the kids.I asked her if she knew who it was but she said she had no idea.But she admires him and she's grateful to him.She said she never thought anyone would be interested in helping her school.She looked happy.She said she was also earger to see a celebrity in real life and she cant wait for this angel that was willing to help her school.After she finished with cooking she left.I admit she isnt that a great of a cook but i love her cooking.She does it with love.I really need to who this Lindah girl is....i miss her already buuuummmm........
