Aurora's POV "Are you even worthy of Hawthorne?" Logan demanded. Before I could answer, he snarled, "You traitor!" The word lands strange, out of place, and I don't have time to puzzle over it before Damien moves. Damien moves before I can process what's happening, one step forward that puts him directly between me and Logan, shoulders squared, blocking my view of him entirely, voice dropping so low it doesn't sound entirely human anymore.
