THIRD PERSON'S POV
Margaret was stunned at what she had just done. She only wanted to tell Ana to leave. She did not mean to push her down the water.
Far ahead, Ismael and Clarisse saw what happened. Ismael did not hesitate and started removing his shoes before running towards the bridge as fast as he could.
When he reached the river, he went and dived right in. It took him more than three minutes to get to the bridge. The water was flowing too fast. Ana could have been taken by the water somewhere far already.
The water was not very deep. However, they have seen how Ana's head on the side of the bridge before she fell. She must have lost consciousness. The water almost carried him too but he grabbed onto the vines growing from the old Acacia tree nearby.
