Chapter 2Joshua struggled to open his eyes, groaning that it was full morning already. By the time the final stragglers had left the tables and the staff had cleared up, it was almost dawn when he and Uncle Samuel had walked the length of Piccadilly to their home in modest Soho. As tempting as it was to roll over in bed and sleep for a few more hours, he had an art class to get to.
