Chapter 26 I stared at him, appalled. “I can’t kill either of them!” But even as I said the words, my darker half whispered to me that I could do it. It longed to see the rest of Jackson’s blood flow to the ground. Christian moved in front of me, sheathed the knife, and smiled. “Of course you can, because if you don’t, I’m going to kill them both.” The strength in my legs faltered, and I stumbled back until I was up against the wall. “Don’t do this, Christian.
